Both are probably buried in the Jersey Church cemetery. Jacob served as a private in the North Carolina Militia. Enlisting in Rowan Co. NC. He was a prisoner of Lord Cornwallis and was Paroled in 1781. A Specie Certificate was issued for his services. |
