Benjamin Pollock served in the Continental Line and was killed at the Battle of
Brier Creek, GA, in 1779. He was born in 1744, and he and his descendants
lived in Duplin County. Many are buried in the Carlton-Pollock Cemetery just
SW of Warsaw.
